We want you to be fully satisfied with your ODINSBERG gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.

General Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in resellable condition
  • Items must include the original packaging
  • You must include proof of purchase (order number)
  • You will be responsible for any shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) 

How to start the return process

To be eligible for a return you must first contact us at support@odinsberg.com. Please provide the following information in the email: 

Subject: Return Request

Reason for return - We'd like to understand why you want to return the products as we might be able to fix it and save us both some time and money.  

Photos of all sides of the product - We need to see that the product is in resellable condition. If you did not open the packaging you should keep it that way and send us photos of the packaging. 

Order number - We only accept returns from our own web site. Please state the order number sent to you in the order confirmation email. 

Phone number - This is optional but useful if we need to get a in touch with you quickly. 

We will review your request and if everything is fine we will answer your email with a return approval or a good reason for why we cannot accept your return. It will normally take 2-4 days for us to process a return case. 

How to Send Returns

Await approval: Once your emailed return request has been approved you must ship the product  to one of the following regional return address.

Include everything: It is important that you include all the component you received when the product was delivered to you initially. E.g. accessories, straps, manual, labels and hang tag. 

Pack well: Please send your return in the smallest box or envelope that will still keep everything dry and safe. This will keep shipping costs down and help us process things faster.

Include return form: You must include a completed return form, which can be downloaded here. If you don't have any printer. You can copy the form by hand and include the required details in the return package.

Follow up by email: Once you have shipped the product we'd appreciate it if you could send us an email (preferably answering the initial Return Request email) to confirm that the return has been shipped and also provide us with the name of the shipping company and the tracking number (if applicable).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

How to Receive the Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and let you know if your refund has been approved.

Returns usually take 2 to 5 weeks: delivery time + processing time (checking returned products, evaluating and negotiating refund amount, processing the refund)
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear on your account.

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable time, please:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider
  3. If needed, email us at support@odinsberg.com

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to a defect or damage, please email us first at support@odinsberg.com before sending it back.
