Shipping policy

Right now, we deliver within the European Union, the UK, and the USA. If you live in Canada or Mexico, you can buy most of our products on Amazon. We're working on shipping to more countries directly.

Shipping rates:

Free standard shipping (3-7 days) for orders totaling at least:

EU: 150€

UK: £130 

USA: $150

Orders with a total cost of less than this amount will incur a standard delivery charge of €10 within the European Union. For shipments within the UK and the USA, the amount is comparable; however, it is subject to currency conversion from EUR to GBP and USD.

Currently, Odinsberg processes and ships items Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays will be processed the next business day.

We sometimes use Amazon’s fulfillment services to deliver our products. This is why your order may be delivered by an Amazon delivery person in an Amazon box.

Warranty:

Odinsberg offers a limited two-year warranty and a 14-day return policy on all Odinsberg products. To use your warranty, please contact us with your name and order number.
