Warranty

To use your warranty, please email us at support@odinsberg.com with the following information:

• Full name
• Place of purchase (e.g., Odinsberg.com, Amazon, or store name)
• Order number
• Full shipping address.
• Description of the issue or defect
• Clear photos displaying the described issue.

Email all of this information to support@odinsberg.com, and we will respond within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Odinsberg products are covered by a Limited Warranty that applies to normal use by the initial user or purchaser of the relevant Odinsberg product.

Odinsberg hereby warrants solely to the original purchaser that this Odinsberg product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to this Odinsberg product and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The sole and exclusive remedies available to the initial user or purchaser for any defect in materials or workmanship shall be limited to Odinsberg’s obligation, at its sole discretion, to refund the purchase price or to repair or replace the non-functioning or defective Odinsberg product, provided that the product is returned to Odinsberg in secure packaging.

Odinsberg reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a product of equal value.

Odinsberg shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of this product or from any failure or defect in the product. Nor shall Odinsberg be liable to the initial user or to any other person or entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or other damages of any kind or nature whatsoever.

At Odinsberg’s discretion, the repair or replacement of any non-functioning or defective product, or the refund of the purchase price, shall constitute Odinsberg’s sole liability to the initial user or purchaser, whether such liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

Some countries or states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of damages described herein. In such cases, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary by country, state or province.

If the use of this Odinsberg product breaches the terms of this Limited Warranty, Odinsberg will repair the product and charge the purchaser for the labour and materials required.
